Service Warranty & UUID Support Policy

We are committed to delivering premium service while ensuring our clients can utilize their results with absolute confidence. In alignment with ETS data retention policies, which maintain exam records for up to two years, we provide a comprehensive two-year service warranty.

Privacy Protection

We do not retain any student information. we will provide the student with a unique alphanumeric UUID, which functions similarly to a receipt. In our database, the UUID is stored only in association with the exam date. No client names, social media accounts, or any other identifying information are recorded. If after-sales service is required for any reason, simply contact any of our colleagues through this website or any social media platform, and present your UUID to access the after-sales support channel.

Please note!

Clients are responsible for ensuring that their UUID is neither lost nor disclosed.

The UUID must be kept safe, as it cannot be recovered if lost.

If a client loses their UUID, we cannot verify that they purchased ELPIS services—even with partial chat screenshots or similar "evidence"—since we retain no other information. In such cases, we will refuse to share any exam-related information.

If someone else possesses your UUID and requests after-sales service, we will have no way to verify whether the request is actually from you, as we retain no other identifying information.
